Ethics (AB 1234) Training
California has a complex set of ethics laws to guide local officials in their service to their communities. Required AB 1234 ethics training will include laws related to personal financial gain by public servants; laws related to claiming perquisites (perks) of office; government transparency laws; and laws relating to fair processes.
