Rules of the Board of Supervisors

​The Rules of the Board of Supervisors were first adopted on May 9, 1972 to implement certain controls and business processes regarding the conduct and structure of Board and Committee meetings.

These rules shall apply to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara whether sitting as the Board of Supervisors of the County or as the governing board of any other government agency.​
